Saved searches

Saved Searches let you store frequently used search and filter combinations for instant recall. Rather than rebuilding a complex query each time, you save it once and access it from the Saved Searches panel. Results are always live. A saved search re-executes against the current asset library each time you open it, so you always see the latest matching assets.

Saved Searches are personal to your account, so each user can maintain their own set of shortcuts without affecting others. They are particularly useful for recurring tasks such as checking for newly uploaded assets in a specific folder or monitoring assets awaiting approval.
