Product bundles
This content is for Spring ’26. Switch to the latest version for up-to-date documentation.
Product bundles group multiple sellable lines under one parent. When a user selects the bundle during order capture, one parent line represents the bundle; child products are added and priced according to your rules.
- Removing the bundle parent removes all linked children.
- Changing bundle quantity on the parent updates child quantities accordingly.
- Users cannot manage bundle children independently of the parent.
- Bundle pricing comes from children’s list prices plus discounts. The bundle parent should carry a list price of zero.
Configure a bundle
Create a bundle by setting Product Family to Bundle on a standard product configuration. Then add bundle children on the Related tab with relationship rules: choose each target product, set quantities, and ensure the bundle has price book and assortment coverage. Child products need explicit quantities on their relationships.
In the product catalogue
Bundles are listed in a dedicated area so reps can find pack offers quickly rather than mixing them only with single-SKU rows.
In the cart
The bundle appears as a single line that represents the whole configuration.
Bundle contents
When the user opens the bundle, a modal lists every child product and quantity included in that pack.
