Audits

This content is for Spring ’26. Switch to the latest version for up-to-date documentation.

An audit captures the state of an outlet during a visit: stock on shelf or in the back office, compliance with agreements, outlet assets such as coolers or displays, and survey responses tied to structured visit tasks.

That snapshot helps keep account data trustworthy, supports downstream reporting, and feeds inputs for Aforza’s recommendation logic-so replenishment prompts, ranging suggestions, and compliance follow-up stay aligned with what your team actually saw in store.

During visit execution, audit-related information can be populated from the assets and observations recorded against the account, reducing manual rework and keeping a time-stamped picture of conditions on the ground.

  • Open the account record in Consumer Goods.
  • Use the related lists or tabs where Audits (or equivalent visit audit records) are exposed for that layout.
  • Open an audit record to review lines, quantities, compliance flags, notes, and any linked assets or surveys from that visit.

The exact labels may vary slightly depending on your org’s page layout configuration.
