Audit types

Audits settings define the kinds of audits mobile users can run. To add a type, extend the Audit Type and Activity Type picklists in Aforza, then define the audit in the mobile config Audit Types screen.

To configure an audit type for Field

Section titled “To configure an audit type for Field”
  • Title - Label shown while performing the audit.
  • Can Add Products - Allow adding products to the audit in the field.
  • Can Create Orders - Allow launching the order flow after the audit.
  • Can Take Photos - Allow capture or upload of assets against lines.
  • Button label - Text on the confirmation button when finishing the audit.
  • Edit asset field mapping - Maps outlet asset fields into audit asset fields on completion.
  • Edit layout form - Fields on Create Audit.
  • Edit filter groups - Which products are eligible.
  • Edit tabs - Tabs shown for the audit type.
