Account attributes

Assign attributes to an account to build up details of the customer.

  • From an account record, open the Segment tab.
  • On the toolbar, choose Add Attribute.
  • Search for the attribute you want to assign.
  • Select the + control to add the attribute to the account with a default value.
  • From an account record, open the Segment tab.
  • Select the attribute you want to change.
  • Enter the new value in the text box, or select it from the radio buttons, slider, or picklist.
  • From an account record, open the Segment tab.
  • Select the attribute you want to remove.
  • Select the x control.
