Assign attributes to an account to build up details of the customer.
Assign an attribute
Section titled “Assign an attribute”- From an account record, open the Segment tab.
- On the toolbar, choose Add Attribute.
- Search for the attribute you want to assign.
- Select the + control to add the attribute to the account with a default value.
Modify the value of an attribute
Section titled “Modify the value of an attribute”- From an account record, open the Segment tab.
- Select the attribute you want to change.
- Enter the new value in the text box, or select it from the radio buttons, slider, or picklist.
Delete an attribute
Section titled “Delete an attribute”- From an account record, open the Segment tab.
- Select the attribute you want to remove.
- Select the x control.
