Studio

This content is for Spring ’26. Switch to the latest version for up-to-date documentation.

Studio is a digital asset management platform purpose-built for consumer goods companies. Marketing, sales, and merchandising teams use it as a single place to store, organise, search, and distribute brand assets—from product photography and planograms to promotional materials and compliance documents. Content managers and administrators curate the library; field teams consume and capture assets on the go.

Studio is available as a full web experience for desktop users and a mobile app for field teams. Both share the same underlying asset library, so updates on one device appear on the other. The platform also integrates with tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, Slack, and WhatsApp so assets flow into the channels your teams already use.

At its core, Studio combines search, AI-powered image recognition, workflow automation, and access controls so teams can find the right asset at the right time.

  • Installation - Pre-requisites and user onboarding
  • Web - Browser experience: catalogue, collections, spaces, bin, and saved searches
  • Mobile - Field app: capture, offline assets, collections, and profile
  • Studio admin - Configuration for spaces, tags, workflows, and watermarking
  • Admin Portal - Centralised users and tenant settings for Studio and Ava

Spaces organise content into secure partitions; collections group assets for campaigns or programmes; tags and attributes power search and automation; workflows react to uploads and changes; watermarking protects distributed files; the bin holds deleted assets until they expire; starred items are personal shortcuts; private assets are visible only to their owner until moved to a shared folder; offline assets on mobile stay available without a network.
