Resource sync

Large files are not always downloaded automatically. You can start an ad hoc resource sync for a specific record so a document downloads in the background while you continue working.
To sync a resource for a record
Section titled “To sync a resource for a record”- Tap Menu.
- Open Products, Accounts, Audits, or a Visit, depending on where the file is attached.
- Open the record.
- Open the Resources tab.
- Select the resource to download.
Auto-download of some resource types may be enabled in mobile JSON; see Additional configuration values (for example AutoDownloadResources).
