Account attributes

On the account detail view the mobile user also has visibility of the account’s attributes. The user can modify and add new attributes to the account. This will immediately change the account’s segments, opening them up to new discounts, promotions, and assortments (even when offline).
To edit an attribute
Section titled “To edit an attribute”- Click Menu.
- Click Accounts.
- Choose an account.
- Click Segment.
- Click the attribute you want to change and update it with a new value.
To add or remove an attribute
Section titled “To add or remove an attribute”- Click Menu.
- Click Accounts.
- Choose an account.
- Click Segment.
- Click Add/Remove Attributes.
- Click +.
- Search and select the attribute to add.
- Click the x on any attribute that needs to be removed.
Studio (DAM) is now integrated with Account Resources. DAM assets can be created or downloaded and are visible for offline use. If Studio is enabled, the resources tab will be updated accordingly.
