Attach images so products present clearly in Salesforce, Field, and telesales surfaces.
You can attach multiple images for different channels. Set a default image for the primary thumbnail whenever the UI needs a picture.
Create a new image
- Open the App Launcher.
- Open External Images.
- Click New.
- Enter name, width, and height.
- Enter a publicly accessible image URL.
Add an image to a product
- From a product record, open the Related tab.
- Scroll to Product Images.
- Click New.
- Choose the Type (or all types if the image is universal).
- Select Default if this should be the primary image.
- Pick an existing image or create one.
- Click Save.
