Route Builder

The route builder gives you a map-centred workspace to construct and maintain routes. As you add stops, the tool estimates distance and time, helping you compare alternative orderings before publishing.
Conceptually you discover accounts on the map, add them to the route, drag cards to reorder, and review aggregates on the final step-then save for Visit Planning and Agenda consumption.
Create a new route
Section titled “Create a new route”- From Aforza Sales, open the top menu and select Visit Planning.
- In the left menu choose Routes.
- Select New.
- Enter a route name and choose Next.
- Search the map and select accounts-click a marker then Add to route.
- Reorder stops by dragging cards beneath the map; polyline cues show approximate direction and distance.
- When satisfied, choose Next.
- Fine-tune stop sequence, then Next again.
- Review total distance and estimated drive time, then Save and close.
View an existing route
Section titled “View an existing route”- Open Visit Planning → Routes.
- Filter or search, select a route, click View.
Delete an existing route
Section titled “Delete an existing route”- Open Visit Planning → Routes.
- Select a route → Delete.
Edit an existing route
Section titled “Edit an existing route”- Open Visit Planning → Routes.
- Select a route → Edit.
- Adjust stops using the same flow as create.
