Promotion product groups

Promotion product groups are reusable collections inside a promotion. Every promotion product belongs to exactly one group. Groups drive how multiples of SKU sets behave at checkout and let you attach tactics once for the whole bundle.

The group type determines runtime behaviour-the same promotion can mix group types across different bundles.

A fixed selection with fixed quantities that scale when promotion quantity scales (quantities multiply with the promotional multiple).

Same fixed selection but quantities do not scale when the promoted quantity increases-ideal when the bundle stays the same nominal size irrespective of repeats.

Flexible product mix whose line quantities adjust while the combined quantity matches the group total.

Purchasers pick a defined number of distinct SKUs that sum to the group amount.

Basket must exceed a monetary threshold built from qualifying lines in any permissible combination.

Add promotion product groups to a promotion

  • Open the promotion → RelatedPromotion Product GroupsNew.
  • Enter a group name.
  • Select the group type.
  • Enter an amount where your type requires it (for example choice or dynamic).
  • Click Save.
