Ava is Aforza’s AI assistant, purpose-built for consumer goods teams. It is available in the Aforza web console, embedded in Field during visits, and as a standalone mobile application. Ava uses vertical AI models trained on consumer goods workflows to help users retrieve information, predict orders, navigate promotions, and act on account data through natural language.
