Agenda Builder

This content is for Spring ’26. Switch to the latest version for up-to-date documentation.

The agenda builder is the calendar experience for scheduling visits in bulk or one at a time. Managers can inspect team workloads; individuals see personal slots. You can drag visits to reshuffle ownership or timing, spawn visits from accounts or routes, and optionally keep Salesforce Calendar in step when your organisation enables synchronisation.

  • From Aforza Sales, open the top dropdown and select Visit Planning.
  • In the left menu choose Agenda.
  • Managers see team calendars when permitted; otherwise you see your own schedule.
  • Scroll the grid and use the navigation controls at the top to move between date ranges.
  • The calendar shows visits between the chosen dates for the selected users. Greyed bands typically represent outside working hours when configured.
  • On the team view, click a colleague to isolate their diary.
  • Open Visit PlanningAgenda.
  • Drag a visit across time or between employees as your permissions allow.
  • Click a visit to open detail-browse tasks, contacts, and notes.
  • Use Delete visit inside the modal to remove a planned call.
  • Open Visit PlanningAgenda.
  • Display the account panel on the right or click an empty calendar slot.
  • Drag an account onto a slot-or use +.
  • If the slot falls outside working hours, either confirm the out-of-hours placement or snap to the next available slot.
  • The visit is saved.
  • Open Visit PlanningAgenda.
  • Show the route panel-or click an empty slot.
  • Drag a route onto the grid or choose +. Visits are created in route order.
  • The same working-hours warning behaviour applies.

Recurring visits repeat on a cadence until an end date or maximum occurrence count-respecting working hours and calendar differences between months.

  • Select a visit in Agenda → expand Doesn’t repeat.
  • Choose frequency, end condition, confirm with OK.
  • Open a recurring visit → Delete visit.
  • Choose this occurrence only or this and future occurrences as offered.

Where company settings enable bi-directional sync, edits in either Agenda or Salesforce Calendar can mirror depending on scope. Users sometimes control sync per event inside Salesforce depending on rollout policy.
