Account hierarchy

Add accounts to an account hierarchy to help you model your customers accurately. Aforza supports up to ten levels of account hierarchies.

Add an account to a hierarchy

• From an account record, open Hierarchy.
• Use the hierarchy builder to zoom, pan, and move accounts around the canvas.
• Use the toolbar to search and drag new accounts onto the hierarchy.

Tip

Hierarchies are especially useful when you apply commercial policies or assortments to a parent account with Inheritable selected, so child accounts receive the same rules without duplicating setup.
