Inventory products

Inventory products hold the per-SKU balance for a given inventory. They provide the numbers order capture consults when checking availability or surfacing shortfall warnings.
Add inventory products
Section titled “Add inventory products”- Open the inventory record and switch to Related.
- Scroll to Inventory Products and select New.
- Choose the product and initial on-hand quantity.
- Save the record.
Update stock levels of inventory products
Section titled “Update stock levels of inventory products”- Open the inventory record’s Related tab.
- Under Inventory Products, open View All if the list is long.
- Edit each line you need to adjust and enter the revised quantity.
- Save your updates.
Use cycle counts or integration feeds per your operating model to keep balances honest between organic order adjustments.
