Routes

This content is for Spring ’26. Switch to the latest version for up-to-date documentation.

A route is an ordered list of accounts to visit in sequence. Routes suit repeatable journeys (weekly drops, van runs, branch circuits) rather than one-off appointments.

You can model anything from a few stops in a day to hundreds of accounts staged across weeks. Distances and durations calculated in the route builder help teams pick efficient paths.

Routes can be assigned to field users and aligned with agenda scheduling so the same sequence is replayed as your operating rhythm requires-while individual visits remain editable when reality diverges from the plan.
