Stock transfers

You might need to transfer stock from a warehouse to your van or another warehouse. You might also need to do a van-to-van stock transfer part way through your day. Inventory management lets you handle this process on the mobile device while offline.

Tip

Many teams run an end-of-day transfer to move remaining van stock back to a central warehouse (or between vehicles) so the next day’s loading and availability stay accurate. Align transfer timing with your depot process.

To initiate a stock transfer

• Click the Side Menu.
• Click Inventory.
• Choose an inventory.
• Click Start Inventory Transfer.
• Choose the inventory to transfer to.
• On each product click the transfer button.
• Enter the amount to transfer.
• Click Transfer Stock.
• Click End Transfer.
