Offline assets

This content is for Spring ’26. Switch to the latest version for up-to-date documentation.

The Offline Assets view shows all assets currently stored on your device for offline access. From this view, you can manage your offline library, removing assets you no longer need offline to free up device storage, or adding new assets to ensure they’re available for your next field visit. The view also shows the total storage consumed by offline assets.

Offline assets remain usable even when you have no internet connection. You can view, open, and share them as normal. Any changes you make, such as updating tags or attributes, are synced back to the server when connectivity is restored.
