Tags are free-form labels that users can apply to assets for flexible categorisation. In the Tags admin section, administrators can review all tags in use across the library, merge duplicates, rename tags for consistency, and delete tags that are no longer relevant. While tags are more flexible than attributes, maintaining a clean tag taxonomy prevents clutter and improves search accuracy. When Spaces is enabled, each Space maintains its own independent set of tags.
