The Sales Agent is your on-the-go specialist for everything related to sales, designed to streamline order management and enhance productivity in the field. Whether placing new orders, editing existing ones, or reviewing a customer’s order history, this agent ensures that users can handle sales tasks quickly and effectively, no matter where they are.
Like all other agents, the Sales Agent can work independently or in combination with other agents---such as Visits and Accounts---to provide comprehensive support. For example, it can predict orders based on a customer’s history or suggest adjustments during a visit, ensuring that sales activities are seamlessly connected to other business processes and decision-making.
With the Sales Agent, users can easily place, modify, or track orders, check order statuses, and access predictive insights tailored to specific customers.
