Inventories

An inventory is a location that holds products with quantified stock. Locations can be fixed sites (such as warehouses and cross-docks) or mobile units (such as vans or third-party distributors on your network).

  • From the Aforza Sales application, open the navigation menu and select Inventories.
  • Select New.
  • Choose whether the record represents a building or a vehicle.
  • Complete the form-name, owner, and either building or vehicle details per your layout.
  • Save the record.

Seed Inventory Products next so balances reflect live supply before users take orders.
