Visit management

Create visits by picking a date and time on the calendar or using the + control. Required fields must be saved before the visit appears in the scheduler.

The overview lists tasks from the schedule or template. Tasks update as you complete them. To see visit header details, select the visit tile in the calendar or list.

Notes captured during a visit are stored on the visit record. Use the Notes entry on the visit overview where your layout provides it.

From the overview you can cancel, reschedule, or reassign visits when those actions are enabled.

  • Cancellation may prompt for a reason.
  • Reschedule and reassign can change date, time, and owners according to your permissions.
