Collections

Collections let you group assets together for a specific purpose, whether that is a campaign, a presentation, a product launch, or any other context where you need a curated set of content. Unlike folders, which reflect your organisational hierarchy, collections are flexible groupings that can pull assets from anywhere in the library.

You can create collections, add or remove assets, reorder items within a collection, and share the collection with colleagues. Collections can also be assigned a logo or cover image to make them visually distinctive when browsing. Each collection displays its asset count and the date it was last updated, giving you a quick sense of its size and freshness.
