Product hierarchy

Add products to a hierarchy to mirror how you think about categories and brands. Hierarchies let you attach whole branches to assortments, commercial policies, and promotions instead of ticking every SKU. Aforza supports up to ten levels.

Add a product to a hierarchy

• From a product record, click Hierarchy.
• Use the builder to zoom, pan, and reposition nodes.
• Use the right-hand toolbar to search and drag products into the tree.

Tip

Hierarchies are shared across assortments, commercial policies, and promotions-adding a parent category automatically includes descendants wherever the branch is referenced.
