Visit resources categorisation

Visit assets are grouped so you can find the right file quickly:

Account assets - Files tied to the account record.
Template assets - Files configured on the visit template.
Current visit assets - Files you add or capture during the active visit.

Account and template sections often start collapsed; the current visit section stays expanded so the newest material is visible first.

Visit resources

On the visit detail view you can open Resources to download files for offline use. Enable automatic downloads in mobile JSON when brochures or compliance packs should always be local.

Studio (DAM) integrates here as well: DAM assets can be created or downloaded and used offline, and the Resources tab reflects Studio when enabled.
