This section is where customer administrators create and manage custom agents---specialised assistants that extend Ava for scenarios beyond the standard portfolio. You can reuse tools from Aforza’s core agents inside a custom agent so you do not have to rebuild integrations from scratch.

Each agent needs a name, clear instructions that define its purpose and boundaries, and the tools it is allowed to call (including custom tools you have built). Once saved, agents are available through prompts that target them, or by choosing the agent at the start of or during a chat.
