Manual data synchronisation

You can run synchronisation whenever you have connectivity. Quick sync uploads new or changed records from the device without re-downloading the whole dataset-useful during the day to push activity to head office quickly. Full sync is heavier: it reconciles more broadly with the server and is suited to start or end of day, or when you need a clean refresh.
To perform a quick manual sync
Section titled “To perform a quick manual sync”- Open the application.
- Ensure Wi-Fi or mobile data is available.
- Tap Sync on the bottom navigation bar.
- Tap Quick Sync.
To perform a full manual sync
Section titled “To perform a full manual sync”- Open the application.
- Ensure Wi-Fi or mobile data is available.
- Tap Sync on the bottom navigation bar.
- Tap Full Sync.
