This section is intended for administrators.

Logging tracks system events for audit trails and troubleshooting alongside the day-to-day telemetry shown in the Logs tab. Adjust these options during implementation or when working with Aforza Support-not during normal business peaks unless you intend to capture additional evidence.

Store logs

Choose whether log records should persist for the company beyond the default short retention. When this toggle is enabled, subsequent log entries can be kept until you define a separate archival or deletion process. When you turn it back off, staged logs are typically purged within about an hour depending on your scheduler. Keep retention on only while you are actively debugging or where you have governance for long-term storage volumes.

Promotion effectiveness threshold

Sets the percentage threshold at which a promotion is treated as effective in effectiveness calculations. Colours and cues in the Promotion Calendar and elsewhere use this value to highlight under- or over-performing activity. Enter a number that matches your commercial definition of success-the default is often 75 percent but you should align it to your category benchmarks.
