Studio Spaces

Studio Spaces is fully supported on the mobile app. The Spaces configuration set up by your administrator on the web applies seamlessly to the mobile experience, and the app respects all Space boundaries, roles, and permissions without any additional setup.

When you open the app, you are placed in your default Space automatically. To switch between Spaces, tap the Profile button to open your profile view. Your current Space is displayed beneath your account details, labelled “Space:” followed by the Space name. Tap this to open a dropdown showing all the Spaces you have access to. Select a different Space and the app refreshes to show the assets, folders, tags, and attributes belonging to that Space.

All mobile features, including search, asset upload, tagging, and offline access, operate within the context of your currently selected Space. When you upload assets from the app, they are sent to your default Space. Tags presented during upload reflect the tags available in that Space, and any automated folder assignment rules configured for the Space apply to your uploads.
