Your administrator creates accounts, assigns roles, and configures what you can see and do. Studio supports several permission levels, from read-only viewers who browse and download, through to full administrators who manage workflows, integrations, and system settings.
Once your account exists, you receive an email invitation to set your password and sign in for the first time. Your admin may also pre-configure folder access, default views, and the space or spaces you belong to.
Studio on the web
Section titled “Studio on the web”The web application is the primary surface for maintaining your organisation’s asset library. From the browser you can browse and search assets, configure workflows where you have rights, and use the full catalogue of Studio features that your role allows.
