To access Ava, users can follow these steps based on their preferred platform:

  • Standalone App or Desktop Access:
    • Users accessing Ava via the standalone app or through https://ava.aforza.com on desktop will need to sign in directly.
    • The Ava app is available for download on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, depending on whether the user is on iOS or Android.
  • Within Field or Studio:
    • Ava capabilities are seamlessly integrated into Field and Studio. Users only need to sign into these platforms, and Ava can be accessed at any time via the Ava button located throughout the interface.

Once the standalone app is downloaded, users will be prompted to sign in with the email address and password they used during their OKTA sign-up process. After authentication, users will be directed to Ava’s home page, where they can begin leveraging its full capabilities.
