User onboarding

During the initial rollout of Ava, onboarding is managed by your Aforza representative through a simple request process.

To begin, all you need to provide is a list of users within your organisation who require Ava licences. Aforza will then handle the onboarding of these users, ensuring they are set up with the necessary access.

If additional users need to be onboarded, you can request them through the same process.

Once a user is onboarded:

  • For new Aforza users:
    • If the user has not been onboarded to other Aforza applications, they will receive an OKTA-related email with simple steps to complete their setup.
  • For existing Aforza users:
    • If the user is already onboarded to Aforza applications, access to Ava will be granted silently by the Aforza team. In this case, the user will simply need to sign out and sign back in to gain access.
