Ava menu access
Section titled “Ava menu access”Whenever the side menu or bottom sheet menu are in view, Ava is an available option to users.
Selecting Ava from these locations opens a dedicated chat modal so you can interact with Ava through text, speech, or predefined prompts. Ava routes the request to the right agents and tools and returns a response you can act on from the same modal---for example placing an order with familiar controls still in view.
Other examples of using Ava from the side menu include:
- Seeing a full order summary
- Predicting an order
- Rearranging or moving multiple visits
- Asking Ava about the financial status of a customer
- Active reminders of things such as visit priorities
