Whenever the side menu or bottom sheet menu are in view, Ava is an available option to users.

Selecting Ava from these locations opens a dedicated chat modal so you can interact with Ava through text, speech, or predefined prompts. Ava routes the request to the right agents and tools and returns a response you can act on from the same modal---for example placing an order with familiar controls still in view.

Other examples of using Ava from the side menu include:

  • Seeing a full order summary
  • Predicting an order
  • Rearranging or moving multiple visits
  • Asking Ava about the financial status of a customer
  • Active reminders of things such as visit priorities
