The Claims Agent is designed to streamline and automate various aspects of claims management, providing intelligent support to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy. It offers three key functionalities:
Standard Claims Management: This enables users to create, modify, and assess claims directly through the Ava interface.
Evidence Gathering: This functionality focuses on curating and translating any relevant evidence pertaining to a specific claim.
Automated Claims Processing: This advanced capability allows the Claims Agent to analyze a claim and then autonomously approve or reject it. This process can reduce finance team workloads, minimize overpayments, and shorten settlement cycles. The Claims Agent also learns from historical patterns to continually improve claim matching accuracy, while offering finance and trade teams real-time visibility into claims status and root causes of discrepancies.
