Confirm order

Before you submit an order in Field, review the confirmation details. This can include optional signature capture, assigning a delivery date, and whether payment is collected at order time. Automatic smart actions can also run during this step when configured in the mobile config. When the required data is entered, select Confirm Order.

Tip

When signature capture is enabled in mobile configuration, the customer can sign on screen before the order is submitted, giving you a captured approval where your process requires it.
