Event management

Events are maintained in Salesforce Calendar (or connected systems), not created inside Field.

  • Scheduling - Add or change events in Salesforce; they sync to Field when within your calendar scope.
  • Team calendar - Personal events may only appear for the owner; team views focus on visit tiles rather than every private event.
  • Notes - Open the event in Field and use the Notes action when available.
  • Deletion - Remove an event from the Field calendar with the trash control on the overview if your permissions allow.
