Promotion clash detection

Promotion clash in Aforza means two or more promotions whose effective date ranges intersect and that share at least one overlapping product. Clashes are evaluated among currently displayed promotions on the promotion calendar-narrow filters to the relevant scope when overlaps are unacceptable for a given account or banner.

Icons on the promotion row indicate clashes with another visible promotion. Hover shows which promotions collide so planners can reschedule, merge scope, or accept overlap deliberately.

When you clone or create a promotion, warnings summarise conflicting promotions already on calendar-Dismiss if overlap is deliberate (for instance different segments).

Overlaps everywhere are normal at national visibility; use the toolbar toggle on the calendar to mute clash chrome when scanning broad landscapes.
