Visit execution

Visit data comes from Consumer Goods. Visits owned by you sync to the device for the period defined in mobile configuration.
To execute a visit
Section titled “To execute a visit”- Open the visits tab.
- Tap a visit.
- Tap Start Visit.
To schedule a new visit
Section titled “To schedule a new visit”- Open the visits tab.
- Tap the top-right menu icon.
- Tap Schedule Visit.
- Fill in the visit details.
- Tap Save Changes.
To perform an ad hoc visit
Section titled “To perform an ad hoc visit”- Open the Side Menu.
- Tap Accounts.
- Select an account.
- Tap the top-right menu icon.
- Tap Visit Now.
Visit scheduler
Section titled “Visit scheduler”The visit scheduler is an alternative to the visit list: a configurable calendar for your own and (where enabled) team schedules. To open it:
- Go to the Visit list.
- Open the three-dot menu and tap Calendar.
By default you see your calendar: visits and events from the Aforza agenda builder plus Salesforce calendar events.
With mobile configuration and Salesforce team setup, a Team view can list colleagues’ visits. Open the calendar the same way, then use the view control and select Team.
Visit tiles use colour to indicate status (for example To do, In progress, Complete); exact colours depend on your build and theme. On the team calendar each user may have a distinct tile colour (team view may omit some event types).
You can switch layout-for example Schedule, Day, multi-day, Week, or Month-depending on what your device and app version expose in the calendar header.
