Ava standalone mobile app

As well as accessing Ava via Ava web and Field, users also have access to the standalone Ava application.

This app works as an on-the-go option for interactions with Ava to carry out tasks such as:

  • Gaining quick insights into customers
  • Quickly finding a customer’s address
  • Understanding a customer’s order history in an instant
  • Placing an order without going into Field
  • Rearranging a visit
  • Asking for suggestions with consumer goods topics such as shelf placement

Ava can be downloaded from the App Store or Play Store by all customers and instantly becomes accessible to onboarded users.

The standalone application offers the ability to quickly start a new chat to instantly converse with Ava and complete the task at hand.

Also, Ava offers a Chats section that allows users to check back on previous chats to review the conversation, rather than have it again.

Users also have the ability within the app to choose their theme of choice, via the appearance section.

Within the settings section, users can select whether they would like light mode, dark mode or the app to simply follow the device’s preferences.

As well as the appearance of the UI, users can also choose the voice of Ava from the predefined list. This selection will then persist whenever a user asks for a response from Ava to be read aloud whilst on the go.
