Asset details
This content is for Spring ’26. Switch to the latest version for up-to-date documentation.
The asset details view on mobile displays the same rich metadata available on the web, including file information, custom attributes, tags, related links, and workflow status. The layout is optimised for mobile screens, with collapsible sections so you can focus on the information that matters most. You can edit attributes and tags directly from the details view.
Attributes
Section titled “Attributes”Custom attributes are fully supported on mobile. When viewing an asset’s details, you can see and edit all attribute values that your permissions allow. Dropdown and multi-select attributes present mobile-friendly pickers, making it easy to update metadata even on a small screen.
Related Links
Section titled “Related Links”Related links associated with an asset are displayed in the details panel and open in your device’s browser when tapped. You can also add new related links from the mobile app, which is useful for quickly associating a store’s website or a competitor reference with a shelf photo captured in the field.
Product Identification
Section titled “Product Identification”Product Identification works on the mobile app just as it does on the web. When you capture or upload a shelf photo, Studio can analyse the image to identify visible products against your reference catalogue. Results appear as labelled overlays on the image, and you can tap any identified product to view its details.
In the field, this capability is especially valuable for reps conducting store audits. You can capture a photo, run identification, and instantly see whether the correct products are on display.
Share of Shelf
Section titled “Share of Shelf”Share of Shelf analysis is available on mobile, giving field teams real-time visibility into shelf space allocation. After capturing a shelf image and running product identification, Studio calculates the share of shelf for each brand or category. Results are displayed as percentages alongside the annotated image.
Studio Vision — Text Detection
Section titled “Studio Vision — Text Detection”Text detection runs on images captured or uploaded via the mobile app, extracting readable text from labels, signage, packaging, and promotional materials. Detected text is stored as searchable metadata against the asset. This is particularly useful for field teams verifying pricing, promotional messaging, or regulatory text on products and displays.
Studio Vision — Text Detection Groups
Section titled “Studio Vision — Text Detection Groups”Text detection groups configured by your administrator apply to mobile captures just as they do on the web. Detected text is automatically categorised into the defined groups, making it easy to filter and report on specific types of content, such as prices, brand names, or compliance statements, across your entire image library.
