Visits

A visit is a dated engagement with tasks for a field user-store walk-ins, trade shows, or ad hoc meetings. Visits are scheduled in Consumer Goods (often via Agenda or Salesforce Calendar) and executed in Aforza Mobile.
Manually schedule a new visit
Section titled “Manually schedule a new visit”- Aforza Sales → Visits → New.
- Choose Direct visit or Remote visit.
- Complete:
- Account
- Contract (if used)
- Owner (executing user)
- Description
- Planned time
- Status
- Type
- Save.
Review a visit
Section titled “Review a visit”Use Review on the visit (top-right) before, during, or after the call for orders, audits, surveys, and guide outcomes in one place.
