Visit planning is how you structure customer touchpoints for Field execution: sequenced routes, calendar scheduling, repeatable visit patterns, and guided data collection that turns account strategy into clear day-to-day work for reps.
The module brings together:
- Routes and Route builder - ordered account sequences with map-based authoring and travel estimates
- Agenda builder - managers’ and reps’ calendars, drag-and-drop reassignment, recurring visits, and optional sync with Salesforce Calendar where configured
- Visits, visit templates, visit tasks, and visit notes - what happens on the day, preloaded from templates or built ad hoc
- Guides, Guide designer, and guide results - scripted steps, surveys, and tasks executed on Aforza Mobile, with answers available for reporting
