Prompt library access

Ava’s standalone mobile application provides access to the Prompt Library, bringing predefined prompts directly to the field. All prompts your organisation publishes are available so users can start a governed task with a single tap instead of typing a long request.

That speed matters for consistency: teams use the same wording and structure for similar situations, which improves comparability of outcomes across routes and regions.

Mobile also supports uploading images as part of a prompt where configured---useful for compliance checks, fixture photos, or other visual workflows. Capture or attach the image, select the prompt, and Ava works through the configured instructions.
