Console-based call to action

This content is for Spring ’26. Switch to the latest version for up-to-date documentation.

A console call to action (CTA) is an Ava entry point placed on a customer or account console in Field. Your headquarters team configures when and where it appears so reps see timely prompts---for example, top visit priorities, account context, or next steps---without leaving the screen they are already using.

Use console CTAs when you want contextual assistance tied to a specific record or workflow: the rep opens the account, sees the CTA, and launches Ava with that context in mind. Configuration is typically owned by administrators or named builders in your organisation; exact placement options follow your Field and Ava setup.

In the example below, a CTA created at HQ highlights top visit priorities so reps can be fully briefed before starting a visit.
