Private assets

Private Assets is a personal workspace within Studio where you can store files that are visible only to you. This is useful for work-in-progress content, draft materials, or assets you’re preparing before sharing with the wider team. Private assets support the same metadata, tagging, and search capabilities as shared assets. The only difference is visibility.

When you’re ready to share a private asset, you can move it into a shared folder with a single action. The asset retains all its metadata and attributes during the move.
