Guide results persist everything collected when a rep completes a guide tied to a visit task: answers, scores, attachments, and linked task outcomes depending on configuration.
Access result sets from Visit planning → Guide results (global listing) or from a visit record’s Guide tab when reviewing a specific execution. Search by account, visit, user, or guide name; export to PDF (or downstream tools) where your process requires hand-off to analytics or retail excellence programmes.
Use results to prove visit quality, audit picture of success compliance, or feed continuous improvement loops back into Guide designer.
