When you select an account in Consumer Goods, an overview console is shown by default. This console brings together controls that summarise the account and support high-value actions so users can move quickly through common account-driven processes.
Depending on configuration, controls can include things like key trading metrics, recent or open orders, promotion calendar widgets, invoice and payment summaries, delivery status, assets in the outlet, and shortcuts to tasks such as placing an order or logging a visit. Your administrator decides which controls are available and how they are arranged on the layout.
The same types of controls can also be embedded on other account-focused pages in Aforza so the experience stays consistent wherever your users work from the account record.
