Visit tasks

Visit tasks are discrete execution items on a visit. Each has a sequence, can be mandatory or optional, and carries a subject so reps know the outcome expected.
Supported task types
Section titled “Supported task types”Capture an order during the visit.
Survey
Section titled “Survey”Linear questionnaire flows-consumer intercepts, fixture checks, or simple compliance scripts.
Runs a guide authored in Guide designer-guided capture with branching.
Stock or compliance audits configured for your organisation.
Payment collection
Section titled “Payment collection”Records a payment against the account.
Delivery
Section titled “Delivery”Associates the visit with the relevant delivery (or parent delivery).
When an account receives one delivery spanning multiple orders, the delivery record should reference each order as appropriate child lines-otherwise allocation can mis-match visit context.
Add a new task to a visit
Section titled “Add a new task to a visit”- Open the visit → Review.
- Top-left menu → Add Task.
- Capture mandatory, sequence, type, subject.
- Save.
