Attribute management

The attributes framework gives you flexible, administrator-controlled fields without endless custom Salesforce fields for every niche scenario. Attribute types dictate capture controls (text, picklists, sliders, and so on). Categories group attributes contextually for merchandising or account teams, while values store the actual answers employees collect in the field.
