The Users section lets administrators create, edit, and deactivate user accounts. Each user is assigned a role that determines their level of access within Studio. Administrators can view a list of all users, filter by role or status, and manage individual account settings including name, email, and role assignment.
User management also supports bulk operations-for example importing a list of users from a CSV file or updating roles for multiple users simultaneously.
Studio Admin - user onboarding (permissions matrix)
Section titled “Studio Admin - user onboarding (permissions matrix)”The permissions matrix gives administrators granular control over what each user role can do within Studio. Permissions are organised by feature area, covering asset management, collections, admin functions, workflows, and integrations, and can be toggled on or off for each role.
This matrix-based approach makes it straightforward to audit permissions at a glance and ensure that each role has exactly the access it needs without over-provisioning. Changes take effect immediately for users assigned to the affected role.
